📋 Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Zones ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

📱 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control.

💳 Subscriptions

Zones Pro is available through auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase:

Monthly: $1.99 USD per month
Annual: $5.99 USD per year
Lifetime: $12.99 USD one-time purchase

                Auto-Renewal: Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 
                at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal 
                within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
            

Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

🔄 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Tap your Apple ID at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Select Zones and choose to cancel or modify

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until then.

💰 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

We do not have the ability to process refunds directly as all transactions are handled through the App Store.

🚫 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to bypass any security features of the App
Share your subscription access with others

⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

                Time Zone Data: While we strive to provide accurate time zone information, 
                we are not responsible for any errors in time calculations or any consequences resulting 
                from reliance on the App for time-sensitive activities.
            

🔒 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

📝 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
